Such a nice place! Originally came for a drink and found out they had breakfast. The food is simple but absolutely delightful! And the prices are beyond reasonable. Ruby, the bartender, and the gentleman who handles the breakfast are such lovely people. Every day of our vacation we were there during the morning or afternoon. Service is excellent. Ruby asks you if you want another drink with a smile before your first is even gone. Excellent service, wonderful vibes. Great to sit and gaze upon the beautiful shoreline. Go to Wayo's! You won't regret it!

This is a really popular spot right on the beach. Wayo from Cayo owns this little spot and he is so accommodating. Ruby runs the bars & Wayo's guys run the kitchen. Awesome crestless quiche & great Belgium waffles. Also does a BBQ on weekends which is great too.

We liked everything about this little bar. Ruby and Archie were great bartenders and Wayo seemed to make a point of warmly greeting all of his guests when he was around. Located a short walk from our hotel, this was a perfect place to stop for a drink in the shade.

Wayo and his staff are really friendly and fun. Wayo is always ready to help with any questions about the island or suggestions on what to do. He is a great dude. Everyone knows and respects him. I've never seen him without a smile on his face. Wayo's has a laid atmosphere and is a great place to belly up to the bar and shoot the breeze with happy people. We can't wait to get back its our favorite watering hole on the island.

We had the most fun here, Wayo is a great guy, with a great bar. Makes fantastic cocktails, and has great happy hour deals. We met so many nice people here, and Wayo made everyone's night great every night. Great little bar with a great vibe!

Super fun and friendly beach bar. Owners Wayo and Dee are very welcoming, and their bartenders entertaining. The setting is right on the beach, and you can easily strike up a conversation with other patrons, or watch the action on Boca del Rio drive.

Wow, I see Wayos is number 1, I can see why! We were lucky enough to be close to this little beach front bar - so very welcoming and all the bartenders were so friendly. Don't expect 5 star, it's not, but it's the nicest, friendliest most fun beach bar we visited! By the time you leave, you will feel like family!

Great inexpensive breakfast til 11:00. Drinks, games, friends and laughter with owners Wayo, De and bartenders Brandon and Ruby. Great bar day or night. Had many laughs and late nights for a month.

We LOVED Wayo! We played games, drank bellikins, listened to music & felt completely at home! But wait!! Just when you think your at an easy breezy beach bar Wayo offers to personally take you to the town square market for mouth watering street meats & then he toured us around the town to find all of the happening nightlife, introducing us to all of his friends along the way! It was, hands down our best experience on Ambergris Caye...we really feel like we have made a true friend in Wayo & his place will be the first place we go when we return to this beautiful island!

We got done eating dinner one night in San Pedro and as we were walking back to Hotel Del Rio, we saw a ton of people singing karaoke! I knew we had to stop and at least watch the fun. Well, at least 4 drinks it, it was our turn for some karaoke! We tried to sing, tried, and it was fun but I don't think anyone sleeping nearby or the other people at the outside bar were loving it. But, it didn't matter because everyone was having such a great time! It was one of the most fun things we did in San Pedro and I am glad we stopped! Keep rockin' Wayo's!

Myslef and my fiance stayed at the nearby Aqua Vista Suites for four nights before our wedding. Each mornign and each night we walked over Wayo's had a drink or two and visited with the locals. Wayo and his wife Dee were the best hosts we have ever had and could ever imagine. They made us feel like family from the time we got there to the time we left. We even asked them to participate in our wedding ceremony and they were delighted. We could never forget them and they will never understand how much we appreciate their kindness and hospitality. Wayo went as far as to rent a canopy and chairs for our reception after the hotel. It was amazing to say the least. Do not under any circumstances spend your money at the big fancy resorts down the road. Stay at Aqua Vista and visit Wayo and his wife and have a drink with them each and every night. You will never want to leave and we can't wait to go back.

We stopped at Wayo's as we were walking by and it ended up becoming our local watering hole for the next few days! Wayo the owner was fantastic and knowledgeable about the island. He went out of his way to help us multiple times. Ruby and Archie were great bartenders who made us feel welcomed and at home. You will find a great mix of locals and tourists here that create lively conversation and entertainment.

Wayos is a 2 minute walk from our hotel and what a great place. Right on the beach, incredible view of the ocean, serving up your favorite drinks, good service, people there are all happy, Friday nights you can get dinner starting at 6:00 from one of the locals. We were lucky enough to eat there our last night and there is nothing like Caribbean home cooking.Stop at Wayos and have a drink, you'll be happy you did.
