We visited jim wilds place. All are basically working oyster businesses.In the background someone was chipping away on some oysters recently brought out of the water. While in the kitchen my oysters were shucked so quickly i hardly had any time for polite banter..Nice people, great oysters and worth a visit

Drive out to Greenwell Point, find an oyster farm like Jim Wilds and buy a dozen opened rock oysters with a lemon to take away. Drive to the waterfront nearby and enjoy on the grass, in the sun, with a glass of white. Bliss. Amazing, fresh oysters eaten the way they should be - in situ.

Jim is welcoming and friendly with freshly prepared oysters and a fresh smile for every customer.Jim is an icon in the business and knows the surrounding area well with great local knowledge. The pacific oysters are the way to go.

always visit Jim Wild to buy his magnificent oysters when we visit Nowra to see my relatives,Jim is a really nice character and I have never tasted oysters so good,as I write I am salvitating,can.t wait to get there next month

Do not leave Greenwell Point without visiting Jim Wild. His oysters are superb and so is he. Jim is a most hospitable and welcoming person and his enthusiasm is contagious.My son met Jim when he was 6 yrs old and tasted his first oyster from Jim - my son is now 28 yrs old and not only does he remember his wonderful experience with Jim but he is a lover of oysters!Jim Wilds Oyster Service is a memorable and wonderful place to visit and eat fantastic oysters while visiting this region.

My wife had very fresh oysters Kilpatrick. The place was a work area that was worth seeing - being interesting, albeit basic.

No way you can get oysters without hearing about the world champion wins by Jim, what's even better is he always throws I a couple extra if you buy them unopened ...just in case

The location is like driving onto a film set. It's really amazing!His oysters are delicious, fresh and you can buy whatever quantity you like. We bought four servings and with a bottle of wine and some salad, headed for the beach where we consumed the lot. Fun thing to do on a sunny day.
