Short and to the point - Great view, great wine, great staff. Enjoyed our trip here very much, brought a bottle of red home with me. Really enjoyed our day after Valentine's Day trip up here. Brunch was awesome as well (I'll cover this in their restaurant TA spot)!Attire: Pretty Casual but I think guys: shorts and polo if it's warm, polo and pants if it's not and you'll fit right in. Ladies: casual dress, skirt, pants, nice top. Pretty much anything works but I think you'll feel more comfortable in semi-casual rather than a t-shirt and jeans (my girlfriend's addition to this review).

Wolf Mountain is indubitably the outstanding winery destination in North Georgia. The medal-winning wines are great and can be evaluated in the Tasting Room. The views are something else.The panoramic restaurant offers great lunches at weekend - booking essential.

A group of 8 of us went to the Sunday Brunch and loved it. The food was great, the vineyard gorgeous and the wine tasting was fun! We really enjoy coming up here and it was not as crowded as it can usually be.

Georgia wine is featured, beautiful vistas from the tasting room and restaurant. Don't pass up a visit here when visiting the Dahlonega area. The winemaker has perfected blending selected varietals to make award winning wines, both red and white.

I have visited Wolf Mountain on several occasions, and it remains a favorite stop in the Georgia Mountains. An excellent place to bring visitors, I was pleased to learn that they are now open during some weekends in January. We enjoyed the tasting and the cheese platter on this visit. The staff are always friendly, and the Wolf Mountain scenery is a treat any time of the year.

We were pleasantly surprised by the scenic beauty, quality of the wine and winery. Something you'd expect to find in Napa. It was a Sunday afternoon and the winery was bustling with tasters like ourselves. We enjoyed the $20 Reserve Tasting Flight which is a collection of their best wines and champagne. Well worth it. We weren't able to dine because we didn't have an advance reservation. The next time, we'll be sure to do. The wine tasting area and restaurant has an outdoor patio to view the vineyard. This would be a great place for a family function or wedding. We highly recommend.

This and Tiger Mountain are our favorite Georgia wineries. This winery actually produces some good champagne method sparkling wines, too. We really enjoyed the view and the tasting room. The location would be great for a work function as well. We were here on an anniversary weekend, and we wished we had planned our dinner there that night rather than another winery we visited.

Visited the winery with friends during a day trip to Dahlonega. Quick drive from Atlanta, less than an hour, and the property is beautiful. Wine tasting was cool, a little crowded around the bar area and not enough seating. However, the environment was fun so I was willing to overlook. Had lunch at the restaurant. Food was okay, not to write home about, but staff was pleasant. I loved the property and will return soon.

I had no idea that Georgia has a lot of wineries in north Georgia. We visited Wolf Mountian Vineyards and Winery on November 4, 2014 for a wine tasting. The wine was unexpectedly good. Our sommelier was quite knowledgeable and helpfun in our wine selections.The restaurant was not open, so wenow have an excuse to visit on the weekend to coment on the restaurant. The views are spectacular. Everyone who loves wine should visit Wold Mountain Vineyards & Winery.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your concerns. I believe that when you visited us our Sunday Brunch was finished for the day as it was close to 4:30pm and you were very hungry. Both myself and my hostess tried explaining that we had closed the buffet as it was 2 hours past the last seating, but we apologize if we came across rudely. We would hope that you would attend one of our brunches in the future by making a reservation and we offer the brunch on Sundays at 12:30 and 2:30pm. Sincerely~Lindsey Smith

We visited here on a Saturday in Oct 2014. It was very crowded with little cramped parking and not enough bathrooms for the amount of people allowed. They had only one bathroom for everyone on each floor so there were long lines. The tour was nice and so was the wine tasting. There was confusion on where to meet for the tour and we even asked the owner and he gave us the wrong place. I found it to be the "popular vineyard" and a bit overrated. The white wines are not the best but we enjoyed some of the reds. It's a beautiful property and a great place for weddings etc...The owners son who manages and makes the wines was very informative on the tour and tasting. It's a nice getaway outside Atlanta I would suggest getting there when they open because it gets very crowded.

Great day with friends. Beautiful setting. We sat outside with each tasting and just relaxed. Never felt rushed. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Next time we will include a visit to the restaurant. Couldn't this time since reservations are a must.

What a beautiful vineyard. The scenery and the property was so beautiful. They had a restaurant open for lunch and dinner but I did not eat there. My friends and I took the tour and did the tastings we all had a fabulous time. The tour was very interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend a visit. Make a reservation if you plan on eating there. The only thing we did not know is they did not give us anything to snack on during the wine tasting. By the time we started the tour we all was very hungry. So some of us could not taste as much because they were driving. Eat first or snack before you go but it is worth the trip.

I loved the scenery at this winery! Everything was so nice and southern I loved the staff, the attire, everything was set up beautiful. The food and wine was great. Nice friendly place to come with a few friends. I will come here again. I enjoyed the experience.
