My husband and I have visited the Lodi Station Outlets on a few occasions. They have an Eddie Bauer and Levi outlet store that my husband really likes. It is easy to find...right off of I-71, with plenty of parking. Our only complaint is the train and tracks. The tracks cut off the walkways to the stores so you often have to walk around them rather than walking thru, which is easier and faster. Also, the train makes several stops, which blocks foot and vehicle traffic. I am sure this is a novelty for families with young children. My husband and I do not have kids; therefore, we just find the train to be a mild inconvenience; however, we will continue to visit Lodi as the need arises.

I stopped at Lodi Station Outlet Mall on a whim on my way home from a business trip. I couldn't believe how much more I enjoyed my trip here from what I have experienced at other outlet malls. My young son and husband were with me and even they enjoyed it. The selections of stores is nice and the decor is perfect for a young (or old) train enthusiast! The train ride is a must, even if you don't have a child. Take time to look at the old pictures hanging around and check out the train room. The food was typical mall food but was fresh and good.

A good place for shopping but it is a bit out of the way. It is a shame that about a third of the retail spaces here are empty. It is too big and spread out.The thing to keep in mind here these are outlet stores. The merchandise you find here is made for and priced for this type of location. You are not finding merchandise from a mall store being sent here. You sometimes will find seconds. You will not always find the same selections you get in the main stores and department stores.People don't seem to realize what it takes to move merchandise around and the expense. A store in a mall will rather reduces the prices their old stock rather than shipping it to a outlet store. They also give item to charity that can't be sold anymore but still can be used.Another thing here don't expect a large amount of staff in the stores. They keep that to a minimum. You can find good prices but not everything is a bargain. The prices you see are what it sells for for the outlet store. What you need to do is get a flyer from the customer service counter near the food court. Many of the stores offer a discount if you get a savings card which is free.Unless you have small children skip the train. All you are seeing is a ride around the shops basically advertising the stores. It is an outdoor plaza mall so keep that in mind for the weather. . Eating choices are limited. There is only a few fast food food places you find elsewhere. There is no sit down restaurant here. There is not much outside the location except a few fast food places. It is right next to 71 so there is easy access. You need a car to get here. The grounds could be a little cleaner.

The outlet has several stores including American Eagle, Bath and Body, Kitchen collection, Several shoe stores. Justice and Children Place. There are several open stores. I believe this outlet has had difficult times with the economy. They have a cute train ride would be great fun for the kids. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. NOW THE ISSUE.. We found most of the store personnel to be unfriendly, and not helpful. We were there on a major shopping trip and made a lot of purchases that day, from many unfriendly people. Of course there were some good, but over all the over all feeling at this outlet is that you are disturbing them. At Rack Room Shoes we purchased two pair of shoes, First time we entered no one greeted us. Second time we entered we were greeted. We needed a pair of running shoes and casual shoes, our bill 98 dollars for both. However, the dark hair lady on floor was put out the entire time we were there, unfriendly, irritated that she had to put shoes back on rack or that we did not do it right. The blonde lady(one that greeted us) was nice at check out. We were in all the shoe stores and they were all the same. The Jockey store had nice employees. We were there on a Monday, it was very slow there at the time, the reason we picked this day, as we needed lots of clothing. We purchased from Van Heusen, Tommy Hilfiger, Jockey, Rack Room Shoe, and the candy store which had great cookies. We bought 2 pair of shoes, 3 pair of pants, 5 shirts, and lots of undergarments. IF the employees were nice this would have been a perfect day, as we really were able to find everything we needed.
