In short:Food is bland and flavorless.The wait staff were less than helpful and unfriendly, one had a major hygiene problem, and the music was entirely too loud for the dinner crowd. Also, could have done without the bartender shouting and high-fiving a drunk patron.I really wanted to like this place. Major disappointment.

Well, this restaurant is more of a bar. Huge tvs hanging around, dark lighting, young servers chatting about their lives. Kids menu was average. Food not all that and they served sliced cucumbers with their hamburger.

Recently we visited Penny Black on a Sunday morning, we went specifically for the Bloody Mary bar. They advertised that it would be available at 11:00, we arrived at 11:15 and was told that it might be ready in 30 minutes. Staff was indifferent when we asked about the delay. They need a strong course on customer service! We won't be back!

Nice location for dining, conversation, and people watching in downtown Rochester. Good for lunch and dinner Pub food, fish & chips, burgers along with other main dish choices. Good beer selection. Outdoor dining option in warm weather months with outdoor bar.

Il locale si presenta bene con tavolini all esterno e un atmosfera amichevole,molta gente durante il week end ma il servizio è buono comunque.Non è molto costoso e la qualitá del pesce di lago che abbiamo mangiato era alta.Ampia scelta di birre locali e non.Da tornarci
