The Mall is Nice very high end, you find stores here that are not common on regular malls there is no free parking, and to park here is expensive, don't even think of going to the movies here for 2 adults on a date be prepare to fork out at least a 50 spot and that is on the cheap, good thing is not a lot of unwanted riff raff roaming around, because is so expensive.

I like the variety of shops and great clothing options. Apple Store is always a draw. Decent prices but for best deals it is probably not hear.

We had a nice afternoon walking and shopping the store's. The mall was very busy people were buying . It looks like Christmas. They started letting everyone park for free the traffic was baking up so this was a great solution. Thank you Norfolk.

Odd to walk a mall and see no empty shops but that was the case here. The place is very clean and healthy looking. It's a fun place to people watch and walk the shops with plenty of food court options. I would have given them 5 stars but they charge for parking that is annoying.

It is a shopping mall in a downtown of Norfok, so it`s parking is not free. We paid $1 per visit. But the parking has a beautiful view to a church! Variety of stores is good-Nordstorm, Victoria Secret, J.Crew, H&M and more. Ask for military discounts. Kids area was crowdy.

I loved the variety of shopping opportunities though I am not really a shopper. We went for the Ice Palace. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! There was no icy hand prints or chilly Ice Thrones. The snow barely blew and it was so small, I feel we wasted that special surprise when we could have went elsewhere.As for Natural Foods, please do not spend your money there. I was hoping for a treat since I had eaten at all of the other "quick eats". With a name like Natural Foods, my silly self was expecting at least spinach leaves in a salad. Alas, I was a fool. Bottled dressing, white lettuce, one small onion slice, and a smoothie that was already prepared and separated by the time it got to me, which was lickety split, so it really failed the basic normal person's rating for natural foods. I could have tried the vending machines or stuck with my gut and went to Au Bon Pain! Dagnabit!

My wife and I frequented the while during our stay. Big place, lots of nice shops and restaurants. Nice place to come and just walk around if you want.

Multi level mall with a movie theatre (Regal). Entire place was very clean and orderly (including the bathrooms). Movie theatre is great. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food available including health food. Expect to spend a while exploring. 2 level Barnes & Noble, Pottery Barn, etc. If you see a movie make sure to have your parking pass stamped. If your from out of town they have a savings book available in the customer service level. Paid parking is available. It is more of an upscale mall, but there is something for everyone and every price point.

This was a great mall! A very good variety of stores, clean all around, including the bathrooms and security is wonderful so there are no loiterers. They also offer a "passport savings" booklet so if you are visiting from out of town make sure you stop by the customer service center on the lower level, it will give you some GREAT discounts!FYI: only downfall is they charge for parking depending on how long you are there. Didn't pay much attention to the exact prices but we were there about 4-5 hours and we paid $3.00.

Such a beautiful mall, and so many lovely stores. Make sure you go to Brighton collectibles for gorgeous silver jewelry. And if course don't miss a visit to West Elm and Pottery Barn. Sad that we didn't have more time to explore

This mall is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like an office building from the outside, but inside is beautiful and very open. It is very well secured, security officials throughout the mall and at entrances make you feel very safe. There is a great variety of stores and restaurants. I have heard the theatre is beautiful as well. I highly recommend for all your shopping needs!

This place is fantastic! The mall is beautiful inside and offers several floors of shopping. Huge variety of stores and the food court is great. Love this mall!

This mall is huge, so wear some comfortable shoes. We got a lot of shopping done. However due to the size we couldn't make it to every store, that's how huge it is. We ate lunch at chilli's and that was very convenient and quick. Highly recommend this mall.
