Really enjoyed a fun sunday 3:00pm hockey game at the Verizon arena. Started out with a walk down Elm st for an Irish coffee at a place downtown. Great weather finally so the walk was perfect. Had great seats middle of ice with awesome viewing. Had a chance to sit in the bar area which was also great viewing with wait service. The beer was cold and the food very tasty. Shared a turkey roll up and split the Monarch chips-I would definitely order them again. A great family event - or social event to enjoy with friends. The entertainment during periods is for all ages and is fabulous with local school choirs singing the National Anthem at the start- Loved that part! Great to have had the opportunity to get out and still have the day and evening to do other things! Looking to do something fun definitely try this!

Center is comfortable, easy to access and bathrooms are clean.Lot's of good eating nearby. Have been to Verizon Center a number of times.

Always a great experience during Monarchs games drove up from hartford for our last wolfpack monarchs game, and we will certainly miss the AHL up here. Shame to see the league going. Could definitely use a better scoreboard, but good was great, and tickets were very well priced. Staff was very friendly!

I have been to many events at the Verizon. Mostly concerts, graduations and sporting events. The place is a nice size - not too big. Seems like there really isn't a bad seat in the place. The seats are ok, somewhat comforable. If you don't like hard seats you will not like these. The place is always clean and we have enjoyed going to events there.

I really don't get the complaints of "customer service" This is a media arena. You go enjoy a show pay for overpriced drinks and snacks and have fun. I have seen many shows and games here and the all have been great. The Arena does need a face lift as many of the seatings are our out of date. They also need to update their VIP boxes as they are overpriced and outdate. I'm a true believer that you get what you pay for. You buy crappy tickets well you get crappy seats. You spend a little more you get a little closer and get to enjoy the shows..

Went to Boston Pops and a Monarch game. Security thinks very highly of themselves and leaves people in wheelchairs sitting outside in the cold while they let one or two people in at a time for security checks. Horrible! No handicapped parking as all are taken by the employees. Arrived both times very early and not one space. Not one employee was friendly. No one seemed to know where anything was located.A complete disaster! Customer service and management need a complete overhaul!

The small-city size of this venue provides a great place to enjoy musical performances and concerts, as well as other activities. While visiting the Manchester area from out of state on summer trips, we have enjoyed several concerts here. Parking is easy to find close by, and there are many places to enjoy a meal before or after a show. Seating is good anywhere in the Center for a great view and experience!

Our wedding shower went to the Monarch's game. Staff helped get the soon to be bride and bridesmaids get on the ice for the National Anthem as well as the tricycle ride on ice between periods. All of them played hockey at St Anselm and we're excited to be back. Fun was had by all and they even put on the Packer game on the suite TV for those of us from Wisconsin.

Have gone to the Verizon for many events: hockey games, concerts, monster trucks, Globe Trotters, and more. It is a great place to take younger teens to their first concert. The reason I like it so much is that it is easy to get to, parking is convenient and there is not a bad seat in the place. This is a fantastic place for families, teens or adults. There are good restaurants within walking distance and it is located in a safe neighborhood. We went to a Monarchs hockey game on New Years Eve. It was a great game! Tickets were extremely reasonably priced and we had excellent seats. They do an excellent job of keeping everyone excited by having giveaways and activities during the game (like the baby race and chuck a puck). At the end of the game they even had indoor fireworks. It was a fantastic night for all of us!

Went for a Saturday night Hockey game. Stayed at local hotel and walked over. Great seating plenty of ushers to help, bathrooms clearly marked. Totally enjoyed myself, I will be back!

Attended my fourth Trans Siberian Orchestra concert here last Saturday evening....fantastic venue...great staff and easy access.

Manchester is lucky to have this accessible, fun entertainment arena. Monarchs hockey game did not disappoint.

We couldn't tell if we were watching a Christmas show or an 80's rock concert. Light show was impressive, but most of the show seemed self indulgent for the performers.

I am a die hard LA Kings fan and came into Manchester to see the King's minor league team play. The stadium is very clean, the staff was very cordial.

I am afraid of heights & my husband bought the tickets for my birthday not realizing how how the seats were or how steep they were. I felt like I could easily fall as the seats in front of me were at knee level. Scary!!
