As stated on one of the many informative signs outside, this wonderful display is in a locked building - you are supposed to peek in. only on labor day do the wagons come out to play drawn by a mule train. Awesome view of all the wagons lined up when looking through the front door window.

We went on Saturday afternoon was closed as well. We read the history in the murals outside the museum and could look in the windows. We felt cheated because it appeared to be interesting

After having a bust when the other Historical Museum was closed, this was closed too! We went yesterday, Tuesday about 2 pm and nothing posted, no one there, and it's the height of tourist season! We looked in the windows, but really wanted to go into the building.
