Shorter ziplines but plenty of fun/challenging obstacles to get through. Book ahead of time to ensure a time slot on weekends!

Hello, Thank you for sharing your review. Yes there are 9 peak weekends and 10 nights when the lodge is busy. We invite you to visit us on the 112 other days of the season when the lodge is not busy at all. It's tough to find balance with space, but it is certainly something we are constantly thinking about and trying to perfect. Erin

My wife and I Are in our early sixties and this was a real work out we swim and I go to the gym but this is not for faint of heart very enjoyable and gives you the sense of accomplishment when you complete course we bypassed the 4 section [new] as we needing a rest and finished with the last section . best piece if advice not for weekend warrior

Being moderately active, hoped that is not scary and does not require big "muscles". First obstacle was a bit a challenge until we adopt to heights and get good balance..Some of them were very tricky and patience was more than helpful..At the end, afternoon full of fun, scream and laughter. Well done. Will try "Amazon" next time..Have seen group of kids on Kid's trail as part of Birthday party. Great idea..Have a good running shoes, find them better than ones with harder sole..

The course can be quite challenging at times but is great fun. The staff were generally very friendly and were happy to help our group a few times when we got stuck. A great way to spend an afternoon, would recommend as long as you are in moderate shape!

We had a blast here. My girlfriend is afraid of heights but signed us up for a day out nonetheless. The course was tough, a genuine workout! The ziplining was exhilerating. Was only disappointed when we finished. Staff were friendly and cost was good value. Would visit again!

Went here with our family and did the adult ropes course. It was fabulous! Challenging but accessible to our 11 year old daughter. Great value for money$100 for a family of four and the whole course lasted 2.5 hours.

I read a review on trip advisor which criticized the staff for their lack of concern for safety. I decided to bring my 10 year old anyway and watch him from the ground. I disagree completely with the other reviewer. The instruction was clear and thorough. I watched my child from the ground to ensure that he followed the safety instructions. There were three staff doing the same thing. I heard them instructing adults and children alike and giving stern warnings for a first failure to proceed safely. There are no second warnings! They take you off the course. My young friend was so enthusiastic about his experience that we reserved another outing immediately. This is a great outing for families with children. Visitors to Ottawa, if your kids are tired of museums, this is one great day. After the zip lining and high bridges we went on a beautiful hike in the park. Everyone will sleep well tonight!

This is more challenging than a Zipline - it's a toe hour work out on high ropes with difficult obstacles. There is a smaller area for young children. Supervision is good - but be prepared to figure the course challenges on your own. Also it's more difficult the taller you are!

We went family ziplining, 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 10 and 7). The 10-7 yr olds did the kids course. Everyone was shy at first but as soon as we all got up in the trees it was fun. The further you went into the course the more confident everyone became. My 10 yr old was an inch to short to do the adult course so we will be returning next year. All the employees we met were very nice and helpful. The guides below helped you along the way and to keep the traffic flowing. Will return for sure.
