Lenin Square is the heart of Khabarovsk (together with Komsomolskaya Square). Here you will find some fountains and a Lenin statue at the back, always with flowers (there will always be nostalgic people). Around the square you have some old and new buildings. In the square children play, people meet, photographers wait for customers. During winter the main Christmas tree and ice sculptures and decorations are set here. And in general most of the celebrations take place here. If you are in Khabarovsk, this is a must, but do not expect anything special like the Red Square at Moscow or Trafalgar Square at London. It is just the center of this small Russian Far East town.

The Lenin square is located right at the very center of the city. If you are planning on going downtown, you should probably stop by this square as it is a great place for people-watching. There are fountains and benches to rest on. During the day, you will see kids roller blading and feeding pigeons.

The square is big, a big fountain in the middle of the square, benches around the square and nice decorations. A lot of people enjoying the sunny day (when we were there). In the middle of the city, very relaxing.

The big and nice square, heart of the city. Fountains, flowers, a lot of walking people (in summer), New Year tree, ice statues on NY holidays. You have to visit it if you are in Khabarovsk. And visit R'Cafe near by, it's really good.

Площадь им. Ленина это центр нашего красивого города. Это место прекрасно и летом и зимой. Летом журчат фонтаны и цветут яркие цветы, зимой же площадь украшают великолепные ледяные фигуры, снежные крепости и новогодняя елка. Это традиционное место встреч, по этому часто не бывает свободных скамеек. Каждый гость города просто обязан побывать на пл им. Ленина!!!P.S. все фото - мои))

Рекомендуется для вечерних прогулок возле фонтанов.Красивый фонтан, фонари и сама площадь.Особенно подсветка фонтанов и фонтанчиков.Как то признавалась самой красивой площадью россии...в каком году не помню.

Особенно зимой, очень много ледяных скульптур. Хорошее место для фотографий,свиданий и прогулок. А летом прекрасное место около фонтана, прохладного в жару.
