If you want to get away from the heat of the city for an afternoon, I would pick this spot over Turtle Lake. It might be less crowded, and there is actually a beach where you can lie down, sun yourself, swim, drink beer, smoke ciggies, order iced coffee from the nearby cafe, rent cabana chairs, etc. Lots of fun for families and groups.

Lake is very dirty and smelly. I've seen a little snake there this summer. There's very good cafe nearby with hammocks to chill out.

Great place for a peaceful walk with your friends or as a couple. Newly reconstructed and nice atmosphere.

I can not say how much we loved this lake.After Turtle lake we decided to go to Lisi and we just heard about it and had not any idea about its beauty. But as soon as we arrived there we loved it. Very nice lake with a wonderful view around it. We sat near the lake and enjoyed a lot.Unfortunately there was no cafe to buy a drink or sth, and we really wished to have a drink and seat near the lake and enjoy the sunset. The only cafe at there would be opened the day after we were there but the manager of that cafe did us a favor and gave us 2 beers although the cafe was not ready to serve anything. It was really nice of him and even he didn't let us pay for the beer and gave us as a present!

I've been to Lisi Lake a couple of times last Aug 2012 and This Jan 2013. it is very lovely place for walking specially in the summer! the environment is nice, green, healthy and clean. I went almost nearby the Hippodrome. There is a new coffee lounge overlooking the lake, it is very nice place for families and business meeting, since we will have our future business project there, I just have a feeling that this place have a great future! I recommend you to bring your camera and visit the lounge and see the lovely surrounding areas.

Nice 1K paved circle around with bars and cafes. Great place to exercise, take a walk and chat or just get away from noisy and busy city!

Очень очень тихое и умиротворяющее место, которое не хочется покидатьтакже на берегу распологаются кафешки и сдача лодочек в арендув летнее время можно полежать на шезлонгах и позагоратьодно плохо в утреннии часы все закрыто

Чудесное местечко для прогулки и отдыха. Опять же все это хорошо при условии наличия совсем свободного времени в Тбилиси, хотя я могу и по самому старому городу ходить-бродить дня и ночами. Подойдет место для любителей большого количества воды. Наверное особо кайфово тут когда совсем жарко. Для летней прогулки роскошный вариант

Очень живописное место для отдыха. Прекрасное озеро.На берегу есть красивый старый парк.Все очень мило и красиво.Место тихое и приятное. Мы отлично провели там отдых.И еще вкусная и царская рыбка форель.

Toen ik er was, waren er bijna geen mensen. Het meer was bevroren. Een mooie rustieke omgeving. Een taxi er heen kost ongeveer 10 lari. Er komt ook een bus langs, nummer 160.De voorzieningen waren gesloten omdat ik er buiten het seizoen was.Leuk bezoekje.
