Had a great time here!! Went for a kids birthday party which was fun. Ended up taking the zip line tour. What a blast it was!!

You can't go wrong visiting the Cherokee Valley Ranch. If you are a couple or if you are a couple with a couple of children or more, you will enjoy this place!!! They have so much to do, you have to devote a full day there. It's a great time you and your family will never forget. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! We had a great time and do plan to visit again soon, only this time we are taking our 4 grandchildren!! I can't wait!!!!

We took grandson to Dsiney in July. While a great time, it was exhausting. We came to CVR in September and he and his brother did everything. They really loved it. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Our grandsons can't wait to return!

We went here for horseback riding and it was awesome! Linda the trail guide was super awesome and our horses Dallas and Chief were great! We also did their zip lining which was a lot of fun. I will return if I am ever on the area again!

Did the trail ride with family and we loved it. Our guide Linda was great - the horses were awesome. I had never been on a horse before and they gave me Chief. He was a great horse, very laid back! The scenery was beautiful - we saw some mountain views and waterfalls on the ride. Looking forward to returning and trying out the other activities on the ranch.

We went up to CVR to try all their activities. They have horsebackriding, ziplines and dry sledding. So many fun things to do for kids and adults! Unfortunately as we were getting geared up, a lighting storm hit and we tried waiting it out, but the storm was huge and because it was late in the day we decided to try another day. Can't say enough nice things about the owners and employees however. They were so nice and accommodating. They gave us complimentary snacks and we played a card game as we waited out the storm. They also introduced us to their horses. They went above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about this place and the people.The horses are very well taken care of and it's a beautiful and clean property. Lots if fun to he had here!! We will most definitely be back!!

We looked at a few places online to go horseback riding with my wife and 2 girls, and chose CVR. Boy are we happy we did! They were very friendly and patient, the horses were happy and well kept. Our guide, Linda, was awesome. Not only was she informative and friendly, but her experience and knowledge of the horses was vast, and she made us feel safe as we rode a beautiful trail on a great property. The kids then rode down the tube slide and toboggan. The man running that was Linda's son and I forget his name but he was fun and friendly with all of us. We all felt like we had a life experience and made some friends along the day. I highly recommend CVR.

A group of friends experienced a wonderful evening at Cherokee Valley Ranch in Jasper. We had a great hay ride into the woods. Beside a georgeous rocky stream (complete with natural waterfall and ancient Indian grave); our host cooked steaks on the fire. The evening ended with a ride on the snow-less tubing. SO much fun. If you have kids or grandkids, bring them here for a fun day, or an exciting evening!! The owners were amazing.

My name is Damene and I happened to visit this pristine mountain in georgia. It is a hour or so drive from downtown Atlanta. I can tell you what I do not tell you much I will let you discover it. It is something you missed if you did not see and would like to appreciate nature. Go out and see for your self.Thanks for your visit.

I took my grandson here and he loved it. We did the tubing/tobogganing and he just ran up and down the steps and got a great work out and laughed each time he slid down. I loved it too. At first I thought an hour would not be long enough, but by the end of the hour we were both worn out from the tips up the steps. We didn't do any of the other activities but we plan to go back again and try the horse back riding.

All of these super positive reviews you see on this site are very much deserved. This is a 40 acre piece of paradise just 5 minutes off of HWY 515 in Jasper. Have been here several times for tubing/tobogganing (on artficial snow), horseback riding and recently did the hayride/cowboy lunch which was just terrific. Hot dogs, chips,bar b que beans and smores all cooked over a crackling campfire just steps away from a beautiful waterfall. I don't know who enjoyed it more, the 5 and 6 year old boys or the 5 adults we had in our group. ( see Laura W's review. That was us ! ) The grounds are beautiful with hardwoods, creeks and streams and gorgeous mountain views. The offfice and snack area as (well as the stables) are sparkling clean and very decorative and the owners and staff treat the guests just like family. They could not be more friendly and accommodating! Anyone traveling thru the area needs to make time to stop here for an hour or two for some great family fun. And be sure to bring your camera.Dennis McCrea

We had the best time. We made a reservation for our group for the cowboy cookout. Had a 1/2 hr hayride down to a beautiful site where you could hear the water fall as you ate. When we got down to the site, everything was ready...food was ready for cooking and beans were hanging in kettle over the firepit ready for visitors to dig in. Just like everything else in the place, it was immaculate. And then the kids (and us :-) ) had smores for dessert. We had left at 11:30 and got back around 1:30p...never rushed and just enjoying the surroundings. It was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended to anyone!! Cherokee Valley Ranch is fantastic!! Don't miss out!And for some extra fun there is tubing, horseback riding, and ziplining! All fantastic!!The Willoughby's...

I purchased a Groupon for one of my daughter's 12th birthday presents. She wanted to take a few friends zip ling. With the Groupon they also got to go tobogganing. The girls had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They even let the girls visit the horses. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by Cherokee Valley Ranch while traveling from Atlanta up to Blue Ridge. This was a great stop to let everyone get out and stretch and get a quick taste of vacation fun. The staff was excellent and the activities were very fairly priced. We really enjoyed the tubing. The site doesn't do this justice. It's a ton of fun and very fast but still safe for all ages. I can't encourage you enough to stop here and enjoy some mountain fun.
