This candy store rocks. They make the best fudge and the creamy texture and flavors are the best. The candy selection. Is by far the best I have seen in any candy store along with their hand dipped chocolates. Treating yourself to their decadent sweets is a must when you travel to the Hayward Wi area. You can also mail order their famous fudge and candies. Thanks Tremblays for many childhood memories and also a big shout out the the lovely lady that used to make the fudge in the front window of the store for as long as I could remember. Keep up the great work and never change.

I have been getting my fudge from this shop for years. I have had fudge from many other shops but nothing compares. It is creamy and is the best fudge in the world. .... no the universe. I only miss one thing at this store. It is the lovely lady that used to cook the Carmel in the front window of the store. She was an icon and I looked forward to seeing her every year. I know that she retired some time ago but she is greatly missed. Can't wait til next year. Oh well at least I can mail order my favorite fudge for the holidays.

If you are ever in Hayward, Wisconsin you must visit Tremblays Sweet Shop. They have excellent homemade fudge and the collection of old fashioned candy is vast. Be warned though, they only take cash or checks. In the current economy of utilizing debit cards to pay for everything, that was a surprise.

This actually is an excellent candy/ store. Old style classic candy, chocolate stuff by the pound that I think is homemade or at least handmade, tons of bulk candy.. it's a ton of fun. Highly recommended!

Trembley's is the best Candy shop I have ever visited, anywhere! The fudge and Taffy is often made while you can watch from the windows or throughout the store. There is an assortment of all kinds of candy, but the fudge, turtles and brittle could not be better! Always fresh - our family from out of town cannot wait until we bring theirs home!

FYI: It is a candy/sweet shop, not an attraction. My first visit to Tremblay's was more than 30 years ago and I've been going back to both the Hayward and Eagle River locations since. They have a wonderful assortment of hand-made candies, though my personal favorites are the plain chocolate fudge and the turtles, which are huge. If you don't live close by any of their locations or travel through the North Woods and have a sweet tooth, you're in luck because Tremblay's ships! Now I'm off to order some fudge.....

I have gone to tremblay's dozens of times as a youth and adult and almost always around the 4th of July season. The fresh made fudge and peanut and cashew brittle is always delicious, and the pre-wrapped hard candy and gummy selection is amazing! The downside to visiting nearly every time I have been there is the chaos at check out. Although there are plenty of cashiers, (and by the way it's cash only) but the same individual will have to package an order for any fresh made products plus ring up the order. With 5 super energetic employees and 4 cash registers add in a little wait time for a register to become free and voila! Kind of a mess. A little traffic control or "order here" " pay here" signage might be helpful.Still a great store though :-) and I go back every time we're in town.

This is not really an attraction. It is a candy store.Tremblays has the best fudge I have ever tasted. They have wonderful taffy. It is nice and soft and delicious. Their hand dipped chocolates are wonderful. I love their cashew and peanut brittle. It is a shop for the kid in all of us. They have every kind of candy you can imagine. It is well worth the stop. Be advised they only take cash.

My fiancee are staying in Cameron wis. And decided to head up to hayward. We've been here before. And as an employee of Wisconsin dairyland fudge of the Wisconsin Dells. I know my chocolates and confections. The set up is functional and easy to navigate. Long chocolate case. Though they have a lot of duplicate trays. Peanut brittle and fudge. Not to mention the novelty candy galor! They have a neat selection. Always a good shop to browse.

We've been coming to Hayward for ages and we always hit up Tremblays on a rainy or cold day when the fishing is sub par. My kids love it. And I gotta admit.... So do I. Its not really that cheap though. If you just get a tiny bit of candy then maybe. But its weighed by the pound and the prices are different depending on the group/type of candy. So I end up spending a good $150 bucks between three kids and two parents! Lol! But it is very yummy and we only go once a year. So I guess its worth the money. Check it out for sure. Bit leave some fudge for me!

I try to forget Tremblay's every time I am in Hayward because my waist line doesn't need any encouragement. However, the candies are soooo good that my nose steers me in to buy just "a little". My problem is "a little" turns into "a lot".

Our family has been visiting Hayward for over 30 years and we always stop at Tremblays each and every time. the fudge is delicious. We also bring back fudge for our co-workers and family who can't come and they all say how wonderful it tastes.

My family has been vacationing in Hayward my entire life, and this is ALWAYS the first place I have to stop! I love the candy selection, and putting my finds in a little basket always is so much fun! Great fudge, too.

This candy shop is definitely worth your time while in Hayward. They have taffy and other assorted candies with a lot of variety. The candies and chocolate confections are also wonderful. The reason I gave them a Very Good rating - and be aware of this - they do not take credit cards. The only take cash or check. I found it bizarre that in this day in age a store would take an out of town check but not a credit card. Other than that, it's great!

Trembley's is always at the top of the kids' wish list when we get to Hayward. It's fun to watch them make the fudge and even better to eat it. Kids love to fill a basket with candy from the huge candy barrels.
