This place was great. All kinds of pecans, plain, coated or still in the shell! Could sample it all. Helpful and informative sales people. Would definitely go back next time in Seguin.

They have so many types of nuts, with so many types of coatings, it is hard to choose. They also have great honey and jams. I stock up when I go. Call for hours to make sure you don't miss out and the door says CLOSED.

There were no signs for this place and since it is on the "bypass" it did not show up in my gps. Once you arrive there is little to do. It is nice to see all the nutcrackers, but you would think they could set up shop and sale quite a few, but guess they are not interested.

A good selection of pecans and other nut meats is offered here, as well as nuts in the shell. The staff is helpful and the quality of the nuts is excellent. A good place to buy pecans for yourself are as gifts.

Anything with pecans, this old place has it. Big bags or small, whole or half or pieces, all different kinds of pecans. Oodles of pecan and other nut candy. The pecan candy coated in white chocolate are sinful!

Growing up it seemed like everyone had pecan trees in their yard. Each year people discussed the crop, how many pounds they had collected and when they planned to take their crop over to Papes. Kenneth Pape still buys and sells pecans while offering related services like cracking, shelling and picking out the meat. This is a huge business. Last year my aunt gathered over 700 lbs of pecans from just three trees next to her house. That's enough for everyone in the family to enjoy delicious pecan pie for several years to come. Excellent. Thanks Mr. Pape for keeping it all going.
